ONLY INPUT PASSWORD

Imprivata ID does not support the use of password+PIN in the password field. Ensure you only input the password, then wait for the notification on your device

If you do not receive a notification on your device, you will be prompted for manual entry of the 6 digit number in 30 seconds.

 

ANDROID USERS PUSH ISSUES

If you are an Android user and are not receiving push notifications

  1. Click "Features" in the upper right



  2. Enable "Fast Access" and "Simplified E-prescribing"
